Free 1-4 Day Shipping


Considering that we sell boxes, shipping is one of our specialties here at JustPlasticBoxes.com. And due to the large volume of shipping that we do with our national carriers, we have fabulous discounts and choose to pass the savings along to you. This is why we are able to offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on all products at JustPlasticBoxes.com.

All orders in the continental United States ship via FedEx and are unable to be shipped to post office boxes. You can choose between FedEx Ground and FedEx 2-Day guaranteed services on the website. However, UPS as well as additional expedited options are available by request - call 800-736-0651 for a price quote on these other shipping methods.

Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories are not included in the Free Shipping offer. If you live in AK, HI or U.S. territory, please contact us for additional shipping options.

The following chart indicates standard transit time for in-stock products shipping from our location in Urbana, IA. Note that transit times do not include Saturdays, Sunday or holidays.

Orders for in-stock items placed before 3:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday will be shipped out that day.

Please note, if delays occur with carriers due to inclement weather, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by the quoted delivery time.



All items are stocked and fulfilled from our warehouse in Urbana, IA. However, if your order is large (typically 10 case packs or more), it may be fulfilled direct from the manufacturer's warehouse causing a slightly longer lead time. You will be notified at the time of your order placement if the order will be fulfilled from a different location and will not ship out within the standard 24 hour window.

You will receive an order confirmation email at the time the order is placed and a separate shipping email with tracking information.

Expedited Shipping
All in stock plastic boxes are eligible for expedited shipping. 2 Day FedEx Guaranteed shipping is offered at time of checkout for an additional charge. Should you be interested in another expedited method - such as FedEx Overnight or Priority Overnight - these methods are available. Please call 800-736-0651 for pricing to your delivery zone. Orders placed after 3pm Central Time will ship out the following business day. So, if you place your order at 4:30 CST on Tuesday with 2-Day Guaranteed Delivery - your package will leave our warehouse on Wednesday and you will receive it on Friday. If you absolutely need your items by a certain date, we recommend that you call our sales staff at 800-736-0651 so that they can assist you, as special arrangements can always be made.
FedEx guaranteed ship dates are guaranteed by FedEx and not by JustPlasticBoxes.com--however we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package after it leaves our facility.

International Shipping
At this time International Shipping is not available on our website but this service is available on request. If you are interested in shipping an order Internationally, please call 800-736-0651 so we may assist you.

Returns & Exchanges


We have a longstanding commitment to provide our customers with the best possible service every time they shop with us. We take great pride in exceeding our customers’ expectations and building lasting relationships. Returns must be approved in advance. Please call 800-736-0651 or e-mail customerservice@justplasticboxes.com to obtain your Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping any product to us.

Important guidelines for all Just Plastic Boxes returns:

  • All returns must be clearly labeled with your RA number.
  • Returns must be in like new/unused condition to receive a refund.
  • Returns may only be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Customers are responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise. We recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment and offers insurance. If the item(s) arrive to us damaged, we will provide photos of the damages and/or make the package available to your carrier for inspection so that you may file a claim with your carrier.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the product refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for something else, we will send you a prepaid return label for you to return the original item(s). Once we receive the item(s) back, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the product refund. Please call us at 800-736-0651 if you wish to make an exchange so that arrangements can be made.

Damaged Products or Lost Packages


Your satisfaction is our success so our goal is to get your products to you on time in perfect condition. Occasionally, something happens along the way to prevent that. Please let us know right away so that we can make it right.

Damaged/Defective Products
Should your items arrive damaged, defective or missing; please contact us within 10 days of receipt so that we can work with you to ship replacements or missing items right away. For defective items please be prepared to tell us in detail or share a photo of what is wrong with the product so we can use that information to prevent other customers from having the same issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Should your order not arrive or the package is damaged, and you don't receive a satisfactory response from the shipping carrier, we want to help. Please contact us within three days after delivery (or the date it was expected to be delivered) and follow these guidelines to expedite the claim process:

  • Inspect every shipment for lost, missing, or damaged merchandise (be sure to count containers if your shipment came in multiple containers.)
  • Sign the freight carrier's bill as short, damaged, or incomplete to record the issue.
  • Obtain the signature of the carrier for the lost or damaged merchandise.
  • If you provide us with an incorrect address, please contact us right away so that we may try and re-route the shipment. However, if you do not contact us in time, the order will come back to our warehouse when they are unable to deliver it to you. In this instance, we will refund your order, minus a restocking fee and you will need to resubmit it via our website or over the phone.
